Frequently asked questions

First visit

We conduct a thorough history to get to know you past health history, physical examine to assess your range of motion, spinal movement, muscle tone and a digital postural analysis to see how you are standing. 

Deeper test may involve muscle testing (kinesiology test),  reflex and neurological tests  and check the brain body connection and overall functioning of the nervous system

You may be referred for spinal x rays if clinically indicated which is covered under Medicare 

Second Visit

A report of all your findings will be presented to you to show you the areas that have been under stress and the cause of your problem.

We got through all the results and answer any questions you may have. 

Once we are confident to proceed you will receive your Chiropractic adjustment and be given some home advice to do to begin the healing process. 

Third Visit

We will re assess you to see how you responded to the first adjustment adn then give you our best recommendations for the fastest way to reach your heatlh goal.

You will get your next adjustment on this visit.  

Do adjustments hurt?

We do everything possible to make it as comfortable as possible. Like anything that is done for the first time, it may feel a little different but you will get us to the adjustments over time.

Do you see kids?

Absolutely! Dr Will has 3 children of his own and adjust them regularly. They are adjusted gently and differently. Kids get kid adjustments 

Do need a GP referral?

No, you don't need a referral. Contact the office via email, phone or sms and we will book you in

What qualifications do you have?

Our Chiropractor has 24 year experience, registered with APRHA and the Chiropractic Registration Board of Australia. He has  a Bachelors and Masters in Chiropractic and has  registration with Chiropractic Australia 

Can I use my Healthfund?

Yes, If you have Chiropractic cover in your extras package you will be able to claim. The amount varies for each policy so check with your helathfund
